RECORDING

• You should specify the filename which will contain this recording. The first time you will do this, you will be asked to choose a Destination directory. Later, you can change it by clicking on button.
• You may start recording by clicking on the record button . A flashing red indicator appears in this button to remind you that meeting is being recorded.
• You may insert some marks by clicking on the mark button. Inserting marks into your recording will allow you to get faster access to important parts of the recording during the playback.
• You have also the possibility to pause or stop the recording. Note that when you press the stop button, you need to enter a new file name to continue the recording, while using pause button you can continue to use the same file.

PLAYBACK

You can play back recorded meetings by clicking on “Player” tab in Recording/Playback window.

• First, you should select the file you want to playback. You can select only files with .evo extension. Choose the file and click “Open”.

• You can playback the recorded meeting later on either using local broadcast if you want to see this recorded material alone, or you can create another meeting and broadcast the material for the whole meeting.

Note: You should not broadcast a recorded material into the same ongoing meeting that has been recorded. If you do so, then you may experience some weird video and audio effects.

What do you can Record or Playback

You can choose in real time which type of activity you want to record or playback. Click on “Medias” tab in the main EVO Record/Playback window and check/uncheck the media type.
