ViEVO (EVO video application)

To resize the main window you can drag top, bottom, left or right edge of the window using your mouse (Windows, Linux) or you can use the resize button
at bottom right corner. NOTE that all settings with size and position of ViEVO window will be saved automatically when application is closed (when leaving the EVO meeting).
Video component

The speaker’s video component will be automatically marked with speaker indication icon
in the top-left.
When pointing the mouse cursor above the video component the “info icon”
appears. By clicking on it you can display the information about the current bit rate, frame rate, resolution and codec of the video component. To return back to the normal view you should click again on
icon.
Detached window

When pointing the mouse cursor above the video component the “detached icon”
appears. If you click on it, the selected video component will be shown in a separate, detached window. This detached window can be moved and resized independently of the main ViEVO window. If you will move the mouse cursor on top of the detached window, the “full screen icon”
appears.

Video Arrangement Default View

To ensure maximum display efficiency (especially if there is large number of video components) you can adjust vertical size of Presence and Display mode sections by using a “virtual” splitter. Actual vertical position of the splitter is indicated by two small arrows on the left and right window edge as it is shown on picture. To enlarge/reduce vertical size of sections point your mouse between these two arrows and use mouse dragging in a vertical direction.
NOTE: There is a limitation for minimum size of Presence and Display mode section which depends on the current size of the ViEVO window. When resizing the whole window the Presence section will maintain its size in vertical direction (height).
Presence section
Video components are displayed on the mirrored floor in one horizontal row with potential 3D rotation. The degree of 3D rotation depends on number of video components and width of the section. Horizontal scroll bar will appear automatically if there is not enough space for all video components. There is an automatic focus feature on speaker’s video component and focuses on the video component pointed by the mouse. The focused video component displays in frontal view (without rotation). Mouse focus has higher priority than the automatic focus on speaker’s video component.
NOTE: You can use scrolling of video components with the mouse moving over all video components in horizontal direction.
NOTE: To display all video components only in the Presence section you should choose display mode “None” from Toolbar->Display menu.
Display mode section
The display mode section is located in the top part of the window. Video components placed there are always displayed in frontal view automatically filling the free space. The display mode which was chosen in Toolbar->Display menu will manage how video components will be selected from Presence section and displayed in the Display mode section.
NOTE: To display all video components in Display section choose the “Select all” display mode.
Toolbar

On the top of the ViEVO window is the meeting information panel with the name of the current EVO meeting in the middle of the bar, with download
