EVO KOALA CLIENT application (KOALA)

EVO Koala Client is a Java application which will run on your computer when you are using EVO system. Koala will check automatically for new updates and will update itself automatically at any time when you start it. Koala will also check your network environment to find the best EVO Panda Server and will connect to it.

Language
The
pull down menu on the top right corner allows selection of a number of different languages for KOALA’s graphical user interface.
Time zones
The Time Zone at the bottom right corner shows the current time. Clicking on the
Preferences…
You can adjust general Koala preferences and select the default Audio/Video client, which will start, when you enter the meeting.
HELP button
You can send HELP report to EVO support team in case of problems, hitting red cross with “Help!”
Connection info
The Connection display at the bottom left corner shows the EVO server (called Panda) to which the Koala client is currently connected. You can click on it to get “Koala Monitoring” window.
Reset window Position
To set Koala window to default position, please, select the "Reset Window Position" menu item from the "Koala" menu. You can also use this keyboard by holding those keys : ^ + Shift + C
Manage User Profile (EVO International only)
You can change your User Profile including display name, picture, etc. To be able to do this, please click on “Koala”->"Manage User Profile" menu item from the "Koala" menu.
Logout User
To logout the current user from the EVO via a click on the "Logout User" menu item from the "Koala" menu. This option is disabled if you are in the meeting.
Exit
To exit the KOALA client software click on the red cross button of the Koala window or via a click on the "Exit" menu item from the "Koala" menu.
