YOUR PRESENCE STATUS

A pull-down menu on the left from the chat window allows you to set your current presence status. The list of all possible states contains:
Available
Away (not in front of your computer or not paying attention to EVO)
Out to Lunch (left your computer for a moment)
Do Not Disturb (in this mode no one can start a private with you nor invite you nor send you a file)
Custom (You can briefly explain your status in popup window and other participants will see this explanation)
In this area you can also get information about other participants. Moving mouse cursor over a participant, gives you more detailed information about him (presence, meeting...).
YOUR BUDDIES

"My EVO Buddies" that is the list of your contacts list
"My EVO Communities" that contains a branch for each of your subscribed communities. Each "Community" branch displays the connected people who are attached to that community.
You can add someone into your buddies list from the presence tree, or using "Contact Search Engine" or from participant view (when you are participating in a meeting).

You can also interact with other users by clicking on the username in the presence tree. If you do so, a pop-up menu will show you possible functions. You can add this user into your list of buddies, start a private chat or meeting with this user, or transfer a file to him.
FIND SOMEONE IN EVO
There are two ways to find someone in EVO using the user search engine:
- You can directly type the name of the person in the empty field at the right of the

button and then hit the "ENTER" key or via a click on the
button. - From the "Looking for someone?" menu item of the "Search" menu in the Koala window.
From that point a dedicated window shows up to help you to find someone.
