List of Meetings

As soon as you log into EVO, the KOALA Client will show the list of ongoing meetings in the selected community. On the left, you can see the name of the meeting and on the right side, you can see the number of participants currently in the meeting. If you click on the button, you will get detailed information about meeting . To join a meeting, just click on it. If you want to join a meeting in another community, click first on the tab with the community name and then on the meeting.

A simple click on the meeting title will let you enter an ongoing (pre-booked) meeting. If the meeting is protected by a password, it will be requested in order to join the meeting. The meetings in ghost mode (grayed out) are not ongoing and it is not possible to join them (in the past or in the future). Except: you can enter the meeting 10 minutes before the start time. 

Click on the “Views” button to see all meetings for today or the meetings sorted by Title or by Time.
