Search for the meeting

If you are looking for a meeting select the "Search for meetings" menu item from the "Search" menu in Koala or select the "Search for meetings" menu item from the "Meetings" menu.

Then a Search window shows up in which you can select different criteria:
 

• Select the range of date(s) from pull down menu.

• Select communities involved from pull down menu.

• Check the “Filter Title” box to filter the meetings by entering the full or partial meeting name.

Hit “search” button to start the search. The matching results will appear as a list in the lower half of the window. These results can be sorted by Title, Time, or Community.
Click on any ongoing meetings to enter that specific meeting. To find out more about a meeting, click on the blue info icon.

Click “Export” to save the list of meeting to an iCalendar format .ics file. The .ics file can then be imported into most popular calendar software tools.

Click “Close” to close the Search Window.
